Oliver Kipcic
With more than 30 years of professional experience, including 25 years in personnel management and over 18 years in the staffing services industry, working in leadership positions at well-known international companies, Oliver Kipcic founded his own company, Kipcic Consulting Solutions GmbH, in January 2024.
His passion, as in previous years, lies in recruiting for project assignments with interim managers as well as specialists and executives in permanent positions. In this context, he supports his clients in finding the right specialists and talent for their specific requirements and challenges.
In addition, his wealth of experience includes consulting topics such as start-up consulting for international companies that want to open their first office in Germany, process analysis and optimization, as well as coaching and training sales employees, which he has repeatedly demonstrated very successfully in companies in the past.

Stella’s focus at KCS is on permanent placements across all traditional areas of finance.
